CDL has retained its Top Employers certification for the third year running, an official recognition that it is one of the best places to work in the UK.

The Top Employers Institute is the global authority on identifying excellence in people practices, and its certification scheme is designed to recognise high-calibre organisations that provide an outstanding workplace environment.

CDL, which employs almost 700 people at its campus, has been acknowledged for its collaborative culture and investment in community schemes. This is demonstrated by a range of employee benefits, including flexible working hours and social and wellbeing initiatives, in addition to the support of local charities, through an extensive corporate responsibility programme.

To achieve certification, organisations must successfully complete the Institute’s rigorous HR Best Practice Survey, with all answers independently audited and evaluated.
