Junior Valuations Editor / Database Assistant We are looking for Junior Valuations Editor / Database Assistant to support the Vehicle Valuation Managers in editing and maintaining accurate vehicle valuations across both the Car and LCV datasets. Collating evidential datasets to make informed valuation change decisions while abiding by CDL's valuation change methodology. To work as part of a team supporting the database assistants with new vehicle data, creating and maintaining vehicle pricing and specification information in our database of Cars, LCV's and Motorcycles. Gardener / Grounds Maintenance We are looking for an experienced, hands-on qualified gardener for 5 days a week 8 hr shifts with half hour unpaid for lunch completing 37.5 hrs per week. They will work independently, looking after extensive lawns and grounds within a professionally established office campus. We are keen to find someone who loves gardening and who has good knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance. FP&A - Finance Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated analytical Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, be commercially minded, have excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The role will include standard FP&A functions such as budgeting, forecasting, long term forecasting, scenario planning, Ad-hoc analysis etc. The key area that we want the role to expand into in product costing. To conduct activities within the team - the candidate needs to gain a solid understanding of how CDL operates, so stakeholder management experience is a must. This person needs to have a strong financial acumen to understand costing principles and analytical approaches coupled with the ability to build relationships within the organisation to gain the understanding required for the role. This does require a self-motivated individual. CDL hosts all products on AWS and integrates a variety of third-party solutions, creating a complex environment. Therefore, experience in the software industry or an understanding of AWS hosting principles is desirable.
