Wesleyan
Digital transformation partnership
News Story Image Wesleyan Financial Services has migrated its core home and motor insurance systems to CDL Strata, using AWS cloud-hosting to provide a resilient and scalable platform for growth as part of a five-year digital transformation partnership.

The platform will deliver an efficient solution for advisors, and customers will also be able to manage their insurance policies via Strata's online self-service portal.

The move represents a commitment by Wesleyan to future proofing its general insurance business by enabling integration of the platform with CDL's market-leading data and digital tools to use real-time business insights to increase the volume and quality of business through more sophisticated capabilities, including pricing and fraud detection.

CDL also supports its customers to deploy proactive technology to make timely and personalised product recommendations, driving sales and promoting more compelling customer relationships.

Darren Fox, Wesleyan's Head of General Insurance said: "We are delighted to have embarked on this digital transformation journey with CDL and look forward to driving operational efficiency through greater automation in the contact centre and through the introduction of online portals."

CDL Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Phillips, added: "The move will deliver significant benefits for both Wesleyan and its customers, as well as helping to future-proof its systems through integration with the most advanced tools and technologies."
