CDL has been named in the UK InsurTech 50 list of top UK insurance tech firms for 2024 after judging by industry experts and a public vote.

Compiled by BusinessCloud, the InsurTech 50 comprises the UK's most innovative start-ups, scale-ups and established firms, including insurtechs, broker platforms, AI leaders and data intelligence hubs at the forefront of insurance industry technology.

It comes in a year in which CDL has continued to invest in technology to power future growth, with an £11 million research and development programme focused on AI. It has also been a significant year in terms of customer onboarding as brands such as AA Insurance and Sabre Insurance both migrated to the Strata ecosystem.

The list was drawn from an initial shortlist of 89 firms, with the final selection determined by a combination of reader votes and an expert judging panel.
