Swinton Insurance goes live on CDL Strata

Swinton Insurance has gone live on CDL Strata for personal lines policy new business.

Swinton private motor and household customers are now able to take advantage of Strata's single instance platform, which enables quotations produced from any channel to be bought or accessed in branch, online or via the contact centre.

Customers are also able to access Strata's online self-service portal, which offers the ability to securely store policy documents electronically and make mid-term adjustments, such as changing an address or vehicle.

Serving over 1.6 million people and handling over 2 million policies, Swinton is the UK's largest High Street insurance broker.

CDL is also supporting Swinton to operate more efficiently through day one access to solutions such as Echelon, Strata's intuitive browser-based user interface for branch and contact centre representatives, and Hummingbird, a ground-breaking anti-fraud and profiling data intelligence solution that uses split-second big data analysis to provide insights into consumer habits and stop fraud before it happens.
