Within CDL I think we're given people so many opportunities to work and to move around, I myself was a QA before and I moved departments and became an agile delivery lead and we've always supported people internally applying for new jobs and new roles, promoting them and giving them new opportunities and giving them experiences in life and getting them to try new roles and shine.

We actually give every single employee a paid day to get involved with the several volunteering schemes we hold throughout the year and we do actually get involved with chosen charities that we regularly assess to make sure we are doing what we feel is important with the local community but also what is important to our employees.

We get involved with a number of different local community groups and we care about our local community. We do a number of different volunteering initiatives throughout the year, whether that be ad-hoc projects such as decorating or gardening at a local community centre, or reading and number partnering at local schools.
